Making mEmerys: Savannah's 14 weeks

Earlier this week we celebrated Savannah's 3 months

We also went to Elephant Bar to celebrate Neal's promotion

Savannah is always so good to us! She always falls asleep when we order and then slowly wakes up with our last bite when we go out!

We then went out to Catalina Fish to celebrate with my parents for Neal's promotion

Then we went to Grandma and Grandpa's to celebrate again for Neal!

Then we had a camera mal-function. I freaked out cause our camera wouldn't let us take pictures...it kept saying the memory card was protected when it wasn't. Here's grandpa being the Dr. Camera trying to fix the problem!

Unfortunately, Socks had another seizure Saturday morning. It was really sad cause we think she had one back to back within 7 minutes. Then while we were all asleep she went into another one at 1 am! She tends to jump into Neal's arms right when it's about to happen...I'm just glad we've been there for her to get her through it.

I had a Baby Shower brunch that morning but I couldn't leave Socks just like that...so we packed the family and we ended up taking her to the vets cause the doctor said that it's called a "Cluster Seizure" and she needed to be seen right away. She stayed at the vets all day Sunday to keep an observation on her and do multiple tests. :( poor socksy :(

We had brunch at the Orange Hill Restaurant

They even had crab legs, shrimps, oysters...you name it!

while we waited for socks to get out we visited one of neals project in irvine. we also checked out million dollar new homes...we didnt buy one but we did come home with 5 complimentary water bottles!

socks was so excited to see us! as you can see the camera couldn't keep up with her tail!

she was pretty drugged up when we got home...she was confused as to why her body wasnt doing what she wanted it to do. for now she's on pills (phenobarbital). for at least a few weeks she won't be herself but all the side effects should slowly go away. hope she feels better soon!

Savannah has been growing up so fast that wen we hold her laying down she is strong enough to lift her head and upper body into a sitting position. So, we brought out the booster chair to see if she'd like it.
