Happy 2 Months Savannah!!

Tonight we celebrated Savannah's 2 Months!

Dear Savannah,

We can't believe 2 months has already gone by! We have all gotten into a routine but you are still surprising s everyday with how much you grow and develop!

Some milestones you have reached this month are:

• You make eye contact with people and love to talk and smile
• By 6 weeks you weighed 11.5 lbs, was 23" long and your head circumference was 15.25"
• You love to bare weight on your legs and jump up and down
• You slept for 6-8 hours twice but usually still gets up once during the night
• You have gone from eating 3.5 oz to 4-5 oz per feeding
• You like to stay awake a little longer after feedings
• You really love your baths especially when we shampoo and wash your hair
• Your hair is super curly after we give you a bath and it's growing longer and longer everyday
• You love to look out the window while we change you
• You are almost out of Stage 1 diapers!

Daddy and you have really gotten to know each other these past few weeks. You love to lay in his arms and take naps together while golf is playing in the background. He can really get you cracking up and you love to talk with him.

Mommy has gotten the hang of going out with you...so every morning we go on walks all over our neighborhood. We even get to go out on little lunch dates and love using the free AC at the malls! We are still going through changes with breastfeeding...especially now that you are eating much more! Mommy loves smelling your hair, cheeks and breath...and you always crack a smile when Mommy sniffs you between your neck!

Socks loves you to death...she's really protective over you with other dogs. She has joined the morning walks and loves that she gets to part of our world. She loves to walk besides your stroller and loves to crawl under it when we're at a restaurant. When she doesn't get to go out with us...when we get home she runs straight for the carseat to get a whif of you and wags her tail like crazy! Though she has stopped waking up with Mommy in the middle of night...she still pops her head up when you start to wake up in your crib!

Everyone is still saying that you look like your Daddy! Hopefully you get his comedic side as well! This past month has been amazing and you have truely been a sweetheart and we are loving every second of it!
